In The Now Investments – When I started with them they were doing 3-5 flips in Detroit to individual investors. They now sell ‘green’ properties in blocks of properties. One of the last ones they did was 51 houses to one investor. I wrote 90% of the content on their page and worked with their web designer to create the look and feel of the page. I created the tagline, “Greenhabbing America One House at a Time” and it’s become an integral part of their marketing.

Purple Vetch Properties – We helped this investor lay out the design and look and feel of his site. He had someone else design the logo. He choose the colors and wrote most of the content around topics and outlines we gave him. He does primarily multi-family investments and his personality really shows through the site.
