1. Provide real-time sustainability coaching to enrolled participants.
2. Afford unlimited access to me during normal business hours, PST.  Weekend availability as needed.
3. Deliver maximum responsiveness- all calls returned within 90 minutes, email (and other correspondence) returned within 24 hours.
4. Leverage technology for participant convenience- the coaching is available regardless of where participant is located.  No travel related costs are required.

2. Results-oriented, willing to accept feedback and/or think about issues in a new context.

Program specifics:

1. The program runs in 30-day intervals. Discounts are available for multiple intervals booked.
2. Unlimited access. As many emails, phone calls, faxes, and letters as desired, with responses provided as needed and not subject to business hours (e.g., a weekend call may be required in anticipation of a Monday morning meeting).
3. Payments must be made in advance. For enrollment for two intervals at a time there is a 10% discount; for three at a time, a 15% discount; and for four or more at a time, a 20% discount.  Please contact me for fee schedule.
4. In either option, calls are returned within 90 minutes and email within 24 hours.

My response will inform you as to whether I can meet your needs and, if so, when we can start the process. Once payment is made by check or credit card, we will set up an initial phone conversation to discuss your particular needs and how best to proceed.
